How does the free trial work?

When you create a workspace you enter your card details securely through Stripe and your 14-day free trial begins. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from the billing portal — no charge, no questions.

Do my baristas need their own accounts?

Yes — each team member gets their own login with a role (owner, manager or staff, or a custom role you create). Staff get the till and the order board without the books, keeping customer and financial data private.

What happens if the internet goes down mid-shift?

The queue keeps moving. The till is offline-first: cash sales ring up on the device and sync automatically when you're back online, even if you closed the app in between. Card-by-QR needs a connection — take cash and record it after.

How do customers pay me?

At the counter: cash, or a QR the customer scans to pay by card through Stripe — no card machine. Online orders are paid before the kitchen starts. Connect your own Stripe account and the money lands straight in your bank; every payment reconciles against a real invoice behind the scenes.

Do my customers get anything online?
